At the Healing Experience Counseling Center, one size does not fit all. Not all approaches/methods work the same for everyone. Different methods will be based on both your needs and current concerns.
I work with women and teen girls. I focus in areas such as self-esteem, anxiety, life adjustments, stress management, and trauma recovery.
I provide approaches that are designed to address needs of a person such as Brainspotting, Cognitive behavioral therapy, Trauma informed-care, Solution-focused therapy, Mindfulness, and Narrative therapy.
I will work with you to explore healthy and positive coping skills in order to be able to manage obstacles in life.
There are many things that causes people to experience stress, sadness, loneliness, and feelings of anxiousness. I will guide you with identifying, processing your feelings, and with exploring problem solving skills.
