About Nathasha
Nathasha is a Licensed Professional Counselor with fifteen years of experience in the mental health field. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Saint Elizabeth University and went on to complete her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at New Jersey City University.
Throughout her career, Nathasha had the privilege to work with children, teens, and adults in diverse environments such as schools, community-based agencies, outpatient centers, and private practice. These experiences has shaped Nathasha’s holistic and cultural approach to therapy allowing her to support clients through life’s many transitions and challenges.
In Nathasha’s solo private practice, she is deeply committed to creating a safe, affirming space where BIPOC women and teen girls feel seen, heard, and empowered. Whether you’re coping with anxiety, stress, self-esteem challenges, or life transitions, Nathasha’s goal is to guide you in improving your mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
